As a full-service provider, the startup can support the brand from strategy definition to customer service with a modular approach. Users choose and receive sets of 4 garments with the support of a patented AI-powered algorithm that analyses preferences on styles, colours and sizes. Then it is possible to wear the garments as if they were your own for 1, 2 or 4 weeks, depending on the plan chosen. The fee includes credits that can be used to purchase one’s favourite items. Users can keep and pay for their best-loved garments at the end of the period and return the others. Furthermore, they benefit from an additional discount if they purchase a renewed item.
