Cosa è
Keetchen?

Keetchen is a marketplace where home cooks and restaurants sell authentic, home-cooked food and private-chef experiences to people craving a taste of their culture

In dettaglio

Keetchen started with a simple problem: after moving to Verona, Italy, founder Saman Saeedi couldn't find a single Persian restaurant — yet he knew Iranian families nearby who cooked incredible food with no legal way to sell it and no way for people like him to find them. Keetchen is the marketplace that solves both sides of that gap.

Unlike mainstream delivery apps, which only serve registered restaurants and same-day orders, Keetchen lets home cooks and restaurants list authentic dishes from their own culture, scoped to clients in their own country, with orders and bookings available days or weeks in advance. Clients don't just order food — they build a relationship with the person cooking it through in-app chat, ratings, and repeat orders. A dedicated Bookings feature lets clients invite friends to a private-chef dinner or table experience, turning a meal into what Saman calls "a meeting of cultures."

Built entirely solo — product design, UX, and every line of code — Keetchen already supports 20+ countries, 7 languages, real-time chat, live notifications, referral credits, and full vendor tooling for menus, hours, delivery/pickup, and bookings. It has zero users so far but is a complete, production-ready product.

The next milestone is legalizing home cooking at scale: opening supervised, HACCP-compliant shared kitchens so home cooks can operate as regulated micro-businesses, followed by Glovo/Deliveroo delivery integration and Stripe payments. Keetchen is entering Digithon to find the investment and regulatory partners to make that happen.
